1. Project Overview

The total investment of Datang Qingyuan Thermal Power Project is about 2.81 billion yuan, which is invested and constructed by China Datang Group. It is planned in Hebei Province’s "Eleventh Five-Year" power development plan and "Baoding City Central Heating Plan" and "Baoding City Cogeneration Plan" This project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on December 31, 2009.

The Datang Thermal Power Project is located about 2km north of Qingyuan County on the south side of Baoding City. The east side of the factory site is about 500m away from Baoqing Highway, and the north of the site is about 2.4 km away from the South Second Ring Road of Baoding City.

The planned construction scale of the power plant is 4×300MW coal-fired heating units, which will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase, a large-scale 2×300MW condensing heat supply unit will be built in the way of “upper large and small”, equipped with two 1,025t/h pulverized coal furnaces and corresponding flue gas desulfurization and denitrification devices. The flue gas is discharged by cooling tower.

After the project is put into operation, it will form a heating capacity of 12 million square meters and a steam supply capacity of 100 tons/hour, with an annual power generation of 5 billion kWh and an annual output value of 1.75 billion yuan, which can replace 430 coal-fired boilers in the area and reduce fuel consumption every year. 210,000 tons of standard coal for coal, 13,000 tons of sulfur dioxide emission reduction, and nearly 5,000 tons of smoke and dust can effectively improve the environment and air quality of Baoding City.

The auxiliary network monitoring system uses AB's PLC as the on-site controller, and all the subsystems and auxiliary network centers in the auxiliary network use KingSCADA software and industrial database software from Beijing Asia Control.

2. Project features

  • Dual machines and dual networks ensure the safety and reliability of the system;
  • The historical database with compression capability can save the massive data generated by the auxiliary network for a long time;
  • It is convenient to realize the unified connection with SIS system and MIS system.

3. System architecture

According to the different network levels and functions of the system, the entire system is divided into four levels, from bottom to top: field control layer, network transmission layer, subnet data acquisition control layer, auxiliary network data acquisition control storage layer. The system structure is shown in the figure:
