1. Project Overview

In order to comprehensively strengthen the energy-saving and emission-reduction management of the group company and further improve the management level of energy-saving and emission reduction, the group company needs to establish a complete, unified and scientific energy-saving and emission-reduction management system, in order to realize the scientific development of the group company, and create the "China Datang" brand lay a solid foundation.

Consumption difference analysis is an important means of energy saving and emission reduction, and building a consumption difference analysis system is an important part of establishing an energy saving and emission reduction management system.
