1. Project Overview

The TFT glass post-engineering project is the first domestic production line of G8.5 TFT-LCD glass substrates with float technology. High-generation glass realizes localization for the first time, breaking the situation that high-end TFT-LCD glass substrates rely on imports. The key technology of the “stuck neck” has filled the domestic gap.

In view of the new production line and new technology, there are insufficient information technology, insufficient transparency of the production process, lax control of process quality, difficulty in product traceability, difficult analysis and statistics of equipment status, failure to handle abnormalities in time, low production efficiency, and islands of information For other issues, it is necessary to introduce the MES system to comprehensively control all factory resources such as production line planning and scheduling, materials, processes, quality, equipment, etc., so that production can be controlled, plans are truly implemented, and the intelligent level of enterprise manufacturing is improved.

2. Project implementation

The project involves a production line, mainly including 7 processes, a total of more than 80 equipment, more than 10,000 variable points. Through the implementation of this system, the material flow and information flow have been opened up. Through the accurate collection of data during the production process, the transparency of the production process has been realized, the production process has been optimized, and the rapid response to abnormalities such as equipment and technology can be traced back to the product. Various statistical reports and intuitive charts to satisfy management and business, thereby improving production efficiency and comprehensively controlling the production process.

3. Benefit analysis
