1. Program overview

The auxiliary network centralized monitoring system realizes the boiler make-up water system, condensate polishing system, domestic sewage treatment system, industrial wastewater treatment system, circulating water dosing device, hydrogen production station, dosing system, integrated water pump room, ash removal system, Centralized control and monitoring of the slag removal system and coal conveying system, while taking into account the local auxiliary monitoring in the case of communication failures. The auxiliary network centralized monitoring network is an Ethernet system based on TCP/IP. The data is connected to the core switch of the auxiliary control network through the optical fiber interface on the switch of each subnet system to form a fast 100M/Gigabit Ethernet. Under normal circumstances, the auxiliary control network operator station in the central control room completes the monitoring and operation of each subsystem, and the operating instructions issued are quickly located on the controller of the corresponding subnet system through the process database on the auxiliary network server, and the control The device program controls the start and stop of the corresponding equipment in the field; when the auxiliary control network fails or is necessary, the on-site operation station of the subsystem can take over the monitoring function.

The auxiliary network centralized monitoring system overcomes the shortcomings of the original independent and decentralized auxiliary control system, and can reduce the operating personnel to a minimum. Without basically increasing the cost, BOP enables the entire auxiliary control system to reach a level equivalent to that of the host control system. Centralized data and a unified network platform make it possible to network the auxiliary control system with other management systems in the power plant.
