Therefore, in order to improve the management level and efficiency of integrated sewage treatment equipment, a configurable development webpage and APP platform software development is needed to realize all the functions of the existing system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of integrated sewage treatment equipment centralized monitoring system with unobstructed information and reliable operation to monitor the operation information of integrated sewage treatment equipment under its jurisdiction and the operation status of statistical analysis equipment in real time, and help the water department to make efficient, fast and accurate To realize unattended integrated sewage treatment equipment, unified dispatch and command, improve management efficiency, save operating costs, and ensure efficient, safe and stable operation of the entire equipment. 2.1 System architecture diagram

3. Functional modules and user interface

3.1 Data collection and storage

The data collector collects the data of the underlying equipment and saves it to the database of the cloud server deployed by Haoyuan Environmental Protection. The real-time industrial database saves and processes continuous industrial process data with time stamps, and the relational database (MYSQL, mongodb) saves and processes entity Business data with relational structure.

3.1.1 Core data collection program

The data collection function should be able to realize the data collection in the production and operation process, and the collected data content includes: automatic control real-time data, manual data entry.

  • Production automatic control real-time data collection: Deploy a front-end data collection gateway in the integrated equipment and sewage plant, and use IOServer to collect the PLC, electricity meters and other instruments and equipment on the water plant and integrated pumping station through the network to directly communicate for data collection and integration. Save the data to the real-time database of the cloud server through the internal interface, and then use the network to realize the on-site real-time data center access to query the real-time data of the display factory.
  • Manual manual data entry: including production plan data, laboratory test data, safety production data, production cost data such as communication and transportation, inspection equipment maintenance data, etc.; deploy remote sewage operation in the office of the owner of the park and the owner or the mobile terminal The client of the monitoring platform, the staff of various functional departments realize the input of various business data, production data, etc. through the BS client web page, upload them to the corresponding planning database, real-time database and historical database, and then directly save them to the corresponding database of the cloud server in.
3.1.2 Real-time data collection scheme

The IOServer acquisition software platform, as an independent data acquisition platform, realizes the data acquisition of more than 4000 kinds of equipment; supports multiple databases and multiple storage methods, and provides standardized and unified data for third-party software or data acquisition monitoring platforms source.

The IOServer acquisition platform used in this solution realizes the on-site sensing and execution of data uploading and acquisition from the secondary on-site pre-data acquisition gateway to the PLC and intelligent instrumentation. Real-time data is divided from its source, divided into equipment-generated and calculated. The real-time data generated by the equipment is mainly collected by the IOServer. The calculation results generally refer to the calculation results generated by the SCADAServer, and no additional collection is required.

In this project group, IOServer directly collects equipment process data and production working condition data from the secondary platform data collection gateway. The calculated data is calculated and stored by KingSCADA and King Portal and databases deployed on the cloud server.

3.1.3 Historical data storage
