Description

  • The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally within the Overseas Department to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

  • Three years of experiences in the automation industry
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Professionally proficient in English & Indonesian
  • Have a strong understanding of SCADA solutions including various industry standard field protocols, polling engines, various communication deployment scenarios, data availability and business continuity on critical infrastructure.
  • Have a deep understanding of SCADA architectures, technologies & regulatory trends.
  • Possess an understanding of process control.
  • Have an understanding of emerging industry trends and technology such as cloud hosting, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Situational Awareness.
  • Have a deep understanding of SCADA architectures, technologies & regulatory trends.
  • Understand Lean Principles applied to Software Engineering and experience with Agile/Safe/Scrum methodologies.
  • Can provide leadership and build relationships to motivate and influence global, cross-functional teams negotiating conflicting demands to deliver desired business results.
  • Can travel up to 30% of the time.
